Awasu 2.0.2.alpha4

IMPORTANT: This is an alpha release. Some features are not complete and you will find bugs!

You must already be running 2.0.2.alpha2 or alpha3. Installation is straight-forward:

Backup your Awasu installation directory.
Unpack one (!) of the following zips on top of your existing installation:
If you like to be tidy, you can also delete all files in the Logs sub-directory.

Added support for Atom (version 0.3) feeds. If you are using the atom2rss XSLT, it will no longer be applied but if you like to be tidy, it would be a good idea to remove it from those channels using it.
For those of you who care about such things, Awasu deviates from the spec slightly in that it performs xml:base processing on <content> and <summary> nodes since it makes sense to do so.
Relative links in RSS feeds are now translated into absolute ones (relative to the domain root). This will only apply to feed items that are received after this version has been installed.
Added support for XML redirects. This allows feeds to be redirected to a new URL even if the publisher does not have the ability to modify their web server to return HTTP 301/302's.
Stopped Awasu from automatically optimizing the archiving database and moved this function to the ArchiveMaintenance utility.
Added a DisableCreateChannelAction command to allow the prevention of channels being created during a sync.
