You'll want to generate reports and upload them to your web site. The Personal Edition will let you generate reports, but not upload them, but you can always do this manually. Full comparison chart is here.

I noticed from the comparison chart that the professional edition has a "search channels" feature. Does this feature allow for custom search results to be reviewed by the webmaster before posting?

Not directly, but you can feed the search results into a workpad, review and annotate them there, then generate a report which can be automatically uploaded to your web site.

We can't advise on server-side software but there's heaps of stuff out there that will do it. Awasu can also do it, just not on your web server (unless you're running Windows ).
