Time for a fresh start.
How do I delete my 240 channels in one fell swoop?

The easiest way is to delete your <tt>ARCHIVE.DB</tt> file and everything in the <tt>Channels</tt> sub-directory. Awasu will automatically recreate everything for you when it next starts. However, be aware that your workpads are also stored in the archive database so they will be cleared as well.

To be tidy, you can also clean out the <tt>Logs</tt> directory.

There is currently no easy way to do this (although I'm going to try get something into the next alpha that will let you delete all channels in a folder).

By default, search channel names start with <i>"Search results:"</i> so if you haven't changed this, you can set up a filter that isolates these channels, then delete them one at a time.

If you have changed the channel names, search channels can be identified through the presence of a <tt>QueryString=...</tt> entry in their <tt>.CHANNEL</tt> file. Then look for the <tt>PreferredDisplayName=...</tt> entry.

In your case, it might be easier to do an OPML export of all your channels except search channels, delete everything, then import everything back.
