More control over updating time

Would it be possible to specify a 'minute after the hour' when a channel is updated so that servers of multiple feeds like All Headline News don't get hit many times in a short period. It ToC say it should not be hit at intervals less than 1 minute. :?:

Alternatively specify a 'base time' from which the hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour and day are calculated. :?: 8)

Awasu has something that adds a small random variation to when each channel gets updated. The idea was to try and avoid having Awasu idle for 59 minutes and then a massive flurry as hundreds of channels update because it's been an hour since their last update. In practice, it didn't work so well since when you first start Awasu, typically all your channels will be due for an update, update themselves and end up with the same base time :-( I'll have another think about it - I'm open to suggestions.

You could always set unusual times for the update interval. You are not restricted to what's in the drop list - you can type in an arbitrary time so you could set your channels to update every 49, 63 and 57 minutes.
