Firstly I like to say that Awasu looks a fantastic piece of software, but as a newbie I'm having a couple of difficulties;
* The feed summary awasu8.html, awasu9.html etc generate fine, but the browser window doesn't find them and then goes to http://./awasu9.html which obviously is wrong. how do I cure this. It seems like a path problem but I can't find where to set it, (I'm running NT4 Service Pack 6 and latest Awasu). * Also the summary html files all seem to end up on my desktop whilst Awasu is running, is this a feature? Can I stop it from happening? Sorry to trouble you with these trivial matters, but you assistance in getting this up and running would be much appreciated. |

This sounds like the TMP environment variable is either not set or the directory specified doesn't exist. You will probably need to restart Awasu after changing this. Let me know if you need help configuring this. BTW, exactly how are telling that the browser is going to "http://./awasu9.html"? Although if you fix the TMP problem, this one will probably just go away. Anonymous wrote: Also the summary html files all seem to end up on my desktop whilst Awasu is running, is this a feature? If you modify the working directory for your Awasu shortcut, this will "fix" this problem. Ideally, you want to get the TMP thing fixed and this one will just go away as well. |
