i'm using 2.03 AE. i recently had problems with my existing installation (i think i didn't correctly follow the upgrade path), so i exported my channels (synchronize>save sync data), and did a clean, proper install from 2.0->2.03, and imported the feeds. on friday the feeds wouldn't update automatically.

this morning i get the following error message for all my feeds:



i ran archivemaintenance and also deleted all the files in my index folder. made no difference.

xp pro, sp2, no firewall in use (behind corporate firewall).

This is a problem with the archive itself rather than the search index so deleting the Index folder is not going to help.

If you have FTP space somewhere, could you please zip up the entire Awasu directory and let me know where to get it and I'll take a look.

I got it OK - IIRC, I sent you an email about it.

I haven't forgotten but it's been an extraordinarily busy week and I won't have time to look at it until probably tomorrow.

For the record, in the email I suggested you do the following:

- take a backup of your Awasu installation directory.
- delete ARCHIVE.DB and the Index sub-directory and restart Awasu.

You will lose your archived items but Awasu will start working again.
