Hi

I just downloaded the personal edition v2.2 to try RSS for the first time and when I try to execute the file I get a message "Setup files are corrupted - please get a new copy of the program".

So I did, but that gives the same fault. I am using XP Home as an administrator, WinPatrol, KAV, Google Desktop and Outpost.

Any ideas? Or is the file OK at your end?

Thanks,
Kevin

The file is OK at our end but our download server occasionally throws a hissy fit for some people. We're currently looking for a new one...

I've sent you a PM with details on how to get another download.

Hi

That did the trick! As the original download was 51k vs this 5M one iit is a safe bet something went screwy.

Now all I have to do is learn to drive the software

Aha! If you still have it, could you please email us a copy of the bad file.

Thanks.

Both download attempts are in my recycle bin so happy to return them, I say both since there must be some subtle difference as Windows has assigned them different icons!

I can not see an easy way to attach files to messages in the forum, so shall I send them to the Awasu 'contacts' email address?
