Hey everyone, beginning a few days ago, anything i downloaded from internet explorer/firefox would fail to open. Whenever i try to open a .exe file, i am prompted that the fire is corrupt and unable to open. I'm pretty sure it is a bug problem, but the computer is very new, so i am a bit baffled. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated =)

oh! in case it is needed, i am on windows vista sp1 32bit

Are you talking about the Awasu installer EXE? Post the link you're trying to download from and I'll send you an alternate.

This kind of thing is often caused by a virus on your computer so it would be a good idea to do a full scan.

the software im trying to download is the ntune application right from nvidia. i tried an alternate download location and got the same error. How could I determine what kind of virus i am dealing with?

Oh, sorry, loll, ntune was the first program that didnt work, but i had the same problem with awasu. Would it be possible to have it emailed to me? Or is this bug a fatal issue...?
