Hello,

Admin.exe says during upgrade 2.2.4 -> 2.2.5

"Can't get the user list. Please check the log file."

But: admin.log is empty

Is there any solution?

This is really weird. What version of Windows are you running? Are you running from an administrator account?

Also, please check that your data files are in the correct place e.g. <tt>C:\Program Files\Awasu\Users\YOUR-NAME\</tt>.

For 2.2.5, the <tt>admin.log</tt> file *won't* be created in the Awasu installation directory. Instead, you'll find it in your user's standard local data directory (you'll see that 2.2.5 instructions tell you to clean up the old log files in the installation directory :-)). The location of this depends on which version of Windows you are using (check the list here) and you'll find the real <tt>admin.log</tt> file there.

Thanks for your hints!

The reason was: No administrator-account with the name "administrator". After creating this, the upgrade finally succeded. BTW, it is WinXP, SP2 with the latest upgrades.
