Hi,
i have Awasu Standerd edition when I use the option of FTP on Server in channel reports its giving me error some time such file or directory not exist, cannot remotely access the location ......
so please tell me the exactly parameters information to use FTP Option I used following parameter :

URL : ftp://allinfopage.com/mainwebsite_html/awasu/index.html
Account : user name of ftp account
Password : Password of that account

error : can't open the remote file , type set I and some more

I also try

URL : ftp://allinfopage.com/mainwebsite_html/awasu/
Account : user name of ftp account
Password : Password of that account

its give error no such file or directory

even I have a awasu folder with full permission.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

There's actually no such thing as the Standard Edition. Do you mean the Personal or Advanced Edition?

If you email us (support@awasu.com) the account/password, I can take a look at it. Otherwise, do you have another FTP server you can try?

I have a professional edition 2.3 , In which there are option "send result to FTP Server" in channel reports, these FTP option have three parameters URL,Account and Password. I give those values like
URL : ftp://allinfopage.com/mainwebsite_html/awasu/index.html
Account : user name of ftp account
Password : Password of that account
but its give error which is "error : can't open the remote file , type set I and some more " on awasu folder which you seen in URL I give all rights mean read wrtite ,.....
Please tell me why I get this error and How I can resolve it

Can you upload files using a normal FTP client? Try pre-creating the awasu/index.html file on the server.

It's probably some minor configuration issue on your server so unless you're willing to give us access, there's probably not much we can do to help. Again, it would be helpful if you have another FTP server you can try.

The problem is that your site is on a virtual host. This means that the URL you specify as the FTP destination needs to be a bit different. Change it to be <tt>ftp://allinfopage.com/home/tmuraoka/public_html/awasu/index.html</tt> and it works fine.
