Awasu provides many options that control how it operates. Open the Tools
menu and choose Options to bring up the Program
Options dialog:
Some of the options you might want to set now are:
- One-click operation: By default, Awasu allows you to open channels
and stories by clicking on them once. Turn this off here if you prefer the
traditional way of having to double-click.
- Notification balloons: Channels can be configured to show you a notification
balloon when new stories are found. You can control where they will be shown
and for how long.
- Blackout times: Lets you set times of the day when channels should
not be updated e.g. non-office hours if you are running Awasu at work.
Click on the Channel
button on the left-hand side of the dialog to set the default options for new
channel subscriptions.
Click on the Display
and Fonts buttons to
change the visual appearance of Awasu.
