• Properties...
  
  Opens the Properties dialog for the currently selected channel, search agent or plugin.
  
  
• Update now
  
  Checks the currently selected channel for any new content. It may take a few seconds for the latest feed to be retrieved and the results of this operation shown. If you have the Activity Log open, you will be able to see this action being carried out.
  
  
• Show last feed
  
  Shows the last feed received for the currently selected channel. This is useful for troubleshooting problems since web servers can sometimes return invalid feeds. Plugins will also report errors here.
  
  
• Mark all as read/unread
  
  Marks all feed items in the currently selected channel as read/unread.
  
  
• Show summary
  
  Shows the summary page for the currently selected channel. This page lists the details of the channel such as its name, home page and editor's email address, and the content currently available on the channel.

• Show/hide item pane
  
  Shows or hides the item pane for the currently selected channel. This is the list of items currently available for the channel that appears in the top part of each channel's window (see the screenshot above).
  
  
• Show/hide navbar
  
  Shows or hides the navbar for the current browser window.
  
  
• Next item
  
  Opens the next item in the currently selected channel. If you are at the end of the list of items, the first one in the list will be opened instead.
  
  
• Previous item
  
  Opens the previous item in the currently selected channel. If you are at the beginning of the list of items, the last one in the list will be opened instead.
  
  
• Add to read-me list
  
  Adds the currently selected feed item to the Workpad's Read-me list.
  
  
• Find...
  
  Searches your channels for the information you are looking for.
