The default key to do this is F4, or choose Control Center from the View menu.
Right-click on a channel in My Channels and choose Properties.
You will be shown the Channel Properties dialog where can configure all aspects of the channel e.g. how often it is updated, how its content will be presented, etc.
Each of your channels can be configured individually.
