Awasu 2.3.3.alpha2

IMPORTANT: This is an alpha release (what's this?). Some features may not be complete and there will probably be bugs!

You must be already running 2.3.2 or 2.3.3.alpha1.

To install:

• Read the release notes below first!
• Backup your Awasu installation directory and keep it, even if the alpha appears to work correctly.
• Unpack one (!) of the following zips on top of your existing installation:
  • Personal Edition
  • Advanced Edition
  • Professional Edition
• Run admin.exe to upgrade your database (this will be quick).
  If you are running 2.3.3.alpha1, you can skip this step and just delete Awasu.upgrade.

Minor changes and bug fixes

• Awasu no longers warns about having previously sync'ed using a given sync data file if that sync didn't complete successfully.
• Fixed a minor problem with user tools sometimes getting the page URL for the {%TITLE%} parameter instead of the title.
• Property lists now show Yes/No for boolean properties (instead of True/False).
• Item panes that are only showing item titles (i.e. no additional columns) are now only clickable on the title text, not the entire row.
  It is possible to force full-row selection to be always either on or off so if you prefer it one way or the other, post in the forums and I'll provide the necessary incantations.
• If the Channel Wizard is started with a URL preloaded, it is no longer possible to change the channel type.
• Auto-assigning menu item accelerators now checks the second and subsequent letters if the first one is already taken.
• Optimized the Import From... process to run (much) faster when importing lots of channels.
• Awasu no longer automatically creates directories in the user's My Documents folder.
• Auto-discovery now shows the feed titles (if specified in the <link> tag)
• Clean up temp files used when downloading feed items for offline reading.
• Added a debug switch to configure Awasu's third-party GUI toolkit to use the system-configured font for menus.
• Significantly reduced the number of temp files created.
• Fixed a memory leak that was also causing temp files to be leaked.
• Closing a browser tab now causes the previously active tab to be shown (instead of the right-most one).
